Missa Deus Nobiscum (God With Us) is a new piece written by Philip Stopford which was written for the 150th anniversary of the Methodist College, Belfast in 2019. It is a setting of the Latin Mass with a delightful extended setting of the Gloria. For more information here is an interview with Philip
John Rutter's Requiem is a musical setting of parts of the Latin Requiem with added psalms and biblical verses in English It was completed in 1985 and includes a beautiful version of The Lord is My Shepherd.
Our Soprano Soloist - Emily Costigan - has just completed her Masters in Vocal Studies and Opera at RNCM, and is continuing to study with Linda Richardson. Recently she has performed as Lucinda in Into the Woods at RNCM and is looking forward to performing Oratorio over the autumn and winter seasons
